Senza seems to be on a roll….and now on a biscuit and muffin too! Since opening last fall, Senza continues to wow the fine-dining scene, with Chef Noah Sandoval’s imaginative take on new American cuisine….all while remaining surprisingly 100% gluten-free.
Now, Senza owners Susan McMillan and Amelia Fonti, both avid bakers, have launched a mornings-only, gluten-free bakery from within the tiny jewel box of a space, located at 2873 North Broadway, Chicago. Open 9 a.m. to Noon Tuesdays through Fridays, the line-up includes:
– Mini Breads
– English Muffins
– Chocolate Chip Cookies
– Blueberry, and Orange Poppyseed Muffins
– Coconut Macaroons
– Date Maamouls
– Pecan Clouds
– Dark Chocolate Doughnuts
As things may tend to be gobbled-up quickly, McMillan and Fonti advise ordering ahead, by calling the bakery line direct at 773-944-0332. In addition to Tuesday-Friday 9 a.m. to Noon bakery hours, Senza serves dinner 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Senza, 2873 North Broadway, Chicago, Illinois.
