BRUNCH NOW SERVED DAILY AT HUTCH

Hutch Brunch

Based on popular demand, Hutch American Bistro now offers its crowd-pleasing weekend brunch 7-days-a-week, all week long. No longer limited to jam-packed Saturdays and Sundays, Hutch fans can now enjoy Totchos on a Tuesday, Waffles on a Wednesday, French Toast on a Friday, along with Hutch’s complete line-up of brunch favorites, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. everyday.

Tucked in a century-old building at the corner of Clark and Aldine, the 120-seat Hutch first opened summer 2013. After quickly finding its niche, offering modern American comfort classics in a handsome, approachable setting, Hutch eventually expanded to brunch. Stand-outs include Croissant French Toast — with strawberries and mascarpone, Fried Chicken with Corn Waffle — topped with bacon butter, maple syrup, and Hutch’s popular Totchos — tater tots with pico de gallo, truffled cheese fondue, fried egg, perfect alone or to share as a side. A line-up of brunch cocktails are also featured, like Screwdrivers made with pineapple infused vodka, and Iced Mexican Macchiato — with espresso, milk, tequila, cayenne simple syrup.

Hutch American Bistro, 3301 North Clark Street, Chicago.
