BYOB “Stringria” Arrives at Strings Ramen Shop


To celebrate the official start of summer — after serving a mind-boggling 30,000+ bowls of ramen since opening just 4-months ago — Chicago’s red-hot BYOB Strings Ramen Shop unveils its latest: “Stringria.”  Delicious on its own and no-alcohol,  Chef/owner Kee Chan encourages guests to bring their own favorite wine, sake, etc. to add to String’s house-made Stringria.
