Lure Lands Spot on TOC “Best Things” List

Lure Izakaya Pub on Time Out Chicago's coveted "Best Things" List

Lure Izakaya Pub continues captivating guests with Chef  Kee Chan’s  line-up of Asian-fused small plates, signature cocktails, Midnight Kitchen Menu,  newly-launched weekend brunch…and now a coveted spot on Time Out Chicago’s just-released “100 Best Things” list.

Since its spring opening,  Chan delivers big-time on his mission to better acquaint Chicagoans with the Japanese tradition of Izakaya. Much like tapas, which began as simple bar snacks, eventually becoming more sophisticated, these small plate offerings have similar origins, mingling traditional Japanese ingredients with elements of French, Italian and other cooking styles, becoming more globally fused.

“We offer a highly innovative, yet affordable menu in a fun and casual setting which encourages guests to sample a variety of tastes to create a full dining experience,” says Chan.

Lure Izakaya Pub is located at 2017 South Wells (northwest corner of Chinatown Square), Chicago and is open Monday thru Friday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Phone 312-225-8989 or visit www.lurechicago.com.
